輥壓機(jī)是本公司承接的新型水泥節(jié)能粉磨設(shè)備，能全部或部分替代能耗高的球磨機(jī)系統(tǒng)，并且具 有耗材少、噪音低的功能，適用于新廠(chǎng)建設(shè)，也可用于老廠(chǎng)技術(shù)改造。選用該設(shè)備后，可使球磨機(jī)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量提高40—100%，經(jīng)過(guò)擠壓后的物料料餅中0.08mm細(xì)料占20-55%,小于2mm占65-85%，小顆粒的內(nèi) 部結(jié)構(gòu)因受擠壓而充滿(mǎn)許多微小裂紋，易磨性大為改善。輥面采用熱堆焊，耐磨層維修更為方便。
       本公司多年來(lái)不斷追求改進(jìn)、創(chuàng)新，已形成了一套成熟的設(shè)備技術(shù)和完整的粉磨工藝，主要特點(diǎn)：
1、輯面堆焊采用進(jìn)口焊機(jī)和先進(jìn)的耐磨焊條及工藝技術(shù)進(jìn)行焊接，使用壽命大幅度提高。
2、利用航空技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的液壓油缸性能可靠。
3、自控系統(tǒng)采用觸摸屏動(dòng)態(tài)顯示。自動(dòng)控制配有專(zhuān)家診斷系統(tǒng)，故障自動(dòng)解除，控制可靠。
4、配套打散分級(jí)機(jī)，V型分級(jí)機(jī)和回轉(zhuǎn)式打散分級(jí)機(jī)。分選率達(dá)90%。

        The roll squeezer is a new type energy-saving cement powder mill firstly manufactured by our company. It can completely or partially replace the ball mill with high energy consumption. It is featured by few consumables and low noise. It can be used for new factory construction and for old factory technical reconstruction. This equipment can help the ball mill system improve the output by 40—100%.
The squeezed material pie has 20~55% tiny particles of 0.08mm and 65—85% particles smaller than 2mm. The small particles are full of tiny cracks for being squeezed, so the grindability is greatly improved.
The roll surface is welded in the hot build-up way so that the maintenance of the wear-resistant layer is more convenient.

1. The build-up welding on the roll surface is done by the imported welder and with the internationally advanced wear-resistant welding rods and techniques. The service life increases greatly.

工作原理
      輥壓機(jī)是根據(jù)料床粉磨原理設(shè)計(jì)而成，其主要特征是：高壓、滿(mǎn)速、滿(mǎn)料、料床粉碎。輥壓機(jī)由兩個(gè)相向同步轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的擠壓輥組成，一個(gè)為固定輥，一個(gè)為活動(dòng)輥。
物料從兩輥上方給入，被擠壓輥連續(xù)帶入輥間，受到100-150MPa的高壓作用后，變成密實(shí)的料餅從機(jī)下排出。排出的料餅，除含有一定比例的細(xì)粒成品外。在非成品顆粒的內(nèi)部，產(chǎn)生大量裂紋，改善了物料的易磨性，且在進(jìn)一步粉碎過(guò)程中，可較大地降低粉磨能耗。
      物料通過(guò)磨輥主要分為三個(gè)階段：滿(mǎn)料密集、層壓粉碎、結(jié)團(tuán)排料階段。
 
主要結(jié)構(gòu)
       輥壓機(jī)由機(jī)架、兩個(gè)輥系、傳動(dòng)裝置、扭矩支承、輥罩、進(jìn)料裝置、液壓（加壓）系統(tǒng)、主軸承潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、干油潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等部份組成。
